ADMIRALTY CIVIL SERVICE MEDALS – AWARDS of the IMPERIAL SERVICE ORDER (ISO) and IMPERIAL SERVICE MEDAL (ISM) – from the London Gazette in edition order 29320 – 8 OCTOBER 1915
